this is quite nice! I've tried some different things with water myself, but not something like this. how did you get the background pure black?

That was very tricky actually, I tried different things. First I tried a piece of black paper, but it had some grey shades in it, and ot reflected too much light. So then I tried a black t-shirt, and that worked very well :)

Hmm. I'd suggest slightly different tones for this shot. I dunno... maybe something slighltly more... blue... Hmm. It's almost perfect... it just needs that final tiny little tweak... but it's a great shot! I love the actual shot.

Great shot. Cool how the slice or orange seems to have perfectly landed in the small rim of the glass & the dark background helps give the water a nice transparancy. The colour of the orange is really striking against the black.
